let’s get real…

Authentic Christian spirituality is demonstrated by our actions. A caring and compassionate response to those in need reflects the love of Christ.

A response to those in need based in fear, selfishness, greed and racial bigotry does not demonstrate God’s grace and mercy. These are not Christian values, nor is violence, especially directed toward the poor and the suffering.

Getting real means adopting a lifestyle of faithfulness to the Gospel. Real Christianity requires a radical discipleship to Jesus Christ that demonstrates His love and grace in all relationships and in our every action. And this is especially true in regard to how we treat the least of these among us.

little Cadet Bone Spurs big parade

Image may contain: 1 person, text that says 'When asked if the United States should have a military parade to show off its might, this was then President Eisenhower's response: Wi র। "Absolutely not. We are the pre- re-eminent power on Earth. For us to try and imitate what the Soviets are doing in Red Square would make us look weak."'

For a whore-mongering coward like weak, little Donny to celebrate the 4th with a military parade is as hypocritical as him hugging the American flag while stomping on the Constitution, or pretending to pray.

The millions of dollars this “reelection campaign event” is going to cost could be better spent on anything we could imagine from veterans care to hunger and homelessness to overcrowded and under-equipped immigration centers to basic infrastructure.

Why do we as citizens have to pay for this lying pig’s masturbatory exercise in pretending to be a strong man? We need to replace those in Congress that still support this traitor with real representatives that support and defend the Constitution.

“Christianity is a lifestyle…”

Authentic spirituality has little or nothing to do with what we profess to believe. It, however, has everything to do with how we live our daily lives and how we treat the least of these among us.

If you have the opportunity to share this with right wing evangelicals it would be considered an act of grace…

pro-life to the rescue? don’t count on it…

No photo description available.

I am confused by the absolute silence of the pro-life movement concerning the inhumane treatment of infants and children being held in cages on our Southern border. Why are they not expressing their outrage of ripping children away from their parents and family members and caging them in concentration camp like conditions?

Pro-birth does not equate to pro-life. When the pro-lifers remain silent as they watch young children being treated worse than stray dogs and cats it tells me all I need to know about their morality and humanity.
